Research: Reduction of carbohydrate intake is more effective than calorie- restricted diet for weight loss

This clinical trial has found that reducing carbohydrate intake without restricting caloric intake is more effective in achieving weight loss over 12 weeks in overweight/ obese adults than a calorie-restricted diet.
