RRs are adjusted as appropriate for age, region, area deprivation, age left school, highest educational qualification, smoking, alcohol intake, strenuous exercise, body mass index, hormone replacement therapy use, sleep duration, happiness, treatment for depression, parity, employment and participation in group activities.
