Genes are ranked by fold change (AA versus CA) so that those with the greatest up-regulation are at top of the list, but those with the greatest down-regulation are at the bottom. All transcripts exhibiting higher expression in AA versus CA subjects, using the less stringent significance threshold of FDR <.05, are shown in Additional File 3 (n = 21 probe sets, representing 20 genes). Likewise, all transcripts exhibiting lower expression in AA versus CA subjects at FDR <.05 are shown in Additional File 4 (n = 200 probe sets, representing 184 genes).
