1 High-flow oxygen

Systolic BP <90 mmHg or MAP <65 mmHg

2 Blood cultures and consider source control

Lactate >2 mmol/L

3 Intravenous antibiotics

Heart rate >130 per minute

4 Intravenous fluid resuscitation

Respiratory rate >25 per minute

5 Check hemoglobin and serial lactates

Oxygen saturations <91%

6 Hourly urine output measurement

Responds only to voice or pain/unresponsive

Purpuric rash

An immediate care bundle to be delivered within one hour for patients with sepsis

A risk stratification tool for patients with possible sepsis
