Cohort construction using CPRD participating practice registered children born between January 2000 and March 2013. Children leave the cohort at the end of the study period (31/12/2013). Consequently, children leave the cohort at varying ages, for example, those born in 2013 will only be represented in the cohort’s < 1 year age group. Children may also leave the cohort before the end of the study period if the last practice data collection date was prior to the end of the study period, if they reach their 10th birthday or if they leave their registered practice
