  1. Points are assigned from each category, and the sum is used to determine the final score. Regression coefficient derived scores were similar for size categories 4.1 to 10 cm and 10.1 cm or greater, T3 and T4 and venous tumour thrombus present in the renal vein only or IVC, and therefore amalgamated into single categories. The minimum score is 0, the maximum score is 11
