  1. Comparisons gave ORs for physicians receiving outcomes more serious than ‘no impairment’ rather than a ‘no impairment’ outcome; receiving ‘suspension’ or ‘erasure’ rather than ‘no impairment’ or ‘impairment’; or receiving erasure, instead of milder outcomes
