  1. Indicated are parameters of echocardiography, Holter ECG, and 12-lead ECG at two study visits of participants subdivided into the two treatment arms as well as relative changes between the two treatment arms between follow-up visits and the baseline visit. Presented are mean ± standard deviation (part A) or median and interquartile range, as appropriate. Relative changes from baseline to each individual follow-up time point were calculated and compared between the two treatment arms by t test for two independent samples (part B). FCM ferric carboxymaltose, FDI ferric derisomaltose, LVMI Left ventricular mass index, LAVI Left atrial volume index, E/e’ diastolic left ventricular function, LVEF left ventricular ejection fraction, SVES Supraventricular extrasystoles, VES ventricular extrasystoles, n absolute numbers, BPM beats per minute, V2 visit 2 (day 0 = baseline), V4 visit 4 (day 7 ± 2)
