Solid lines show the maximum number of COVID-19 CC (a) and G&A (b) patients that could be accommodated on any day, which is determined by the limiting resource. The dashed line highlights the observed peak number of COVID-19 patients in CC and G&A during the first pandemic wave (12th April). Note that a and b have very different vertical scales
