Kathleen M. Pike. Dr. Kathleen M. Pike is a clinical psychologist and Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry and Epidemiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She serves as Director of the Global Mental Health WHO Collaborating Centre and Chair of the Faculty Steering Committee for the Global Mental Health Programs at Columbia.
