Relative incidence at LTLA level by week for England. For the week commencing 10th November, the top 10% of LTLAs are designated ‘Very high’, the 75th–90th percentile ‘High’, the 50th–75th percentile ‘Medium’ and the remainder ‘Low’. Cases are grouped into (left column) community, (middle column) school teachers and (right column) school pupils. Cases in the community are calculated as the percentage of swab tests administrated in each LTLA which returned a positive result; cases in teachers and pupils as the percentage which are absent from school due to a positive test
