The index was calculated as the average sum of points attributed to hand washing when going back home (always-3, almost always-2, sometimes-1, never-0), mask wearing (always-3, sometimes-1.5, never-0) and physical distancing (> 1 meter from others-3, > 1 meter from almost everybody-1.5, < 1 meter-0)
