Comparison of the quality between CMGs produced by international and national organisations. The boxplots show the range and distribution of CMG scores by domain, showing CMGs produced by international scored higher, but with a similar pattern, to those produced by national organisations. Domains 1, 2, 3, and 5 showed significant heterogeneity of scores between guidelines, with large interquartile ranges for these domains. Less heterogeneity was observed for domains 4 and 6.
