From: Tumor PKCδ instigates immune exclusion in EGFR-mutated non–small cell lung cancer
Proteomics analysis demonstrated that PKCδ promotes establishment of physical barrier in TME and suppresses T-cell trafficking by inducing NF-κB/ICAM1 signaling. A Proteomics results showed that 70 significantly changed protein groups from two clusters between H1975 with or without PKCδ−/− were identified.
