PKCδ enhanced PD-L1 expression and induced immune escape. A PKCδ inhibitor rottlerin significantly suppressed the expression of PD-L1 in EGFR-mutated H1975, while PKCδ activator PEP-005 increased PD-L1 in EGFR-WT A549 and H460 cells.
