Fecal calprotectin levels after chemotherapy and endocrine treatment. Sandwich immunoassay for quantitative fecal calprotectin levels reveals a significant fold-increase from baseline in patients following adjuvant chemotherapy when compared to calprotectin levels in patients treated with adjuvant endocrine therapy (P = 0.047). Stool samples used for analysis were the same as those used for microbial analysis (Figs. 3 and 4)
