In Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC), the distribution is left-skewed from a relative increase of lower coherence values. In Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the distribution of connection strengths is similar to controls. This indicates that the alteration of the functional network in ASD stems from the allocation of similar connection strengths in a different electrode pairing scheme.
