Immunohistochemical staining of p53, Bax, and Bcl-2 in the primary tumor tissues. Biopsies of primary lesion from patients in groups I, II and III were taken 3 days before the treatment (pre-treatment) and 3 days after the treatment (post-treatment), and processed for immunoreactivity to (A) p53, (B) Bax, and (C) Bcl-2.
