Note: Both DSM-IV and the relaxed interpretation of DSM-5 criteria allow for clear distinction between delirium and no delirium in terms of DRS-R98 scores, but the strict interpretation of DSM-5 excludes many patients with DRS-R98 scores that are consistent with delirium.
