Panel A shows the co-correlation (Pearson correlation of correlations across health indicators) of PSD values between different frequency bins on the selected C3 channel, separately in NREM and REM. High values of this variable indicate that a pair of two PSD values tend to be correlated with health indicators in a similar manner. Panel B shows the principal component loadings of each frequency bin in NREM and REM. Loadings are shown for all PCs with eigenvalue > 1.
