  1. * The model for ‘mean gestational age at delivery with PE’ assumes a normal distribution with the predicted mean gestational age and SD=6.8833. The risk of delivery with PE is then calculated as the area under the normal curve between 24 weeks and either 42 weeks for any onset PE (model 3) or 34 weeks for early-onset PE (model 14).
