Wolfgang Gaebel. Dr. med. Wolfgang Gaebel is Professor of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf, Germany. He was Director of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and Head of the LVR-Klinikum Düsseldorf (LVR-KD) from 1992 until 2016. From 2014 to 2016, he was also Founding Director of the LVR-Institute for Mental Healthcare Research (LVR-IVF). Since 2014, he is also Head of the WHO Collaborating Centre on Quality Management and Empowerment in Mental Health at the LVR-KD
