The mRNA expression levels of DUSP-family phosphatases in peripheral blood T cells of patients with AS and age- and sex-matched healthy controls. Blood samples were obtained from 60 AS patients, as well as 45 age- and sex-matched healthy controls. The mRNA levels of 23 DUSPs were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.
