The echocardiographic trends differed across the studied CHD subtypes. ASD indicates atrial septal defect. LVDd indicates left ventricular end diastolic dimension. LVPWd indicates left ventricular posterior wall depth. LVPWs indicates left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end-systole. MPA indicates the main pulmonary artery diameter. PDA indicates patent ductus arteriosus. TV indicates tricuspid blood flow velocity. VSD indicates ventricular septal defect. * indicates that the parameters were significantly different between groups at the current assessment (p < 0.017)
